Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical support role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within International Therapeutics Finance. This role is contributing to strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and financial insights. This role provides exposure to the Long-Range Plan, Annual Plan, and Actuals / LBE (forecast) processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across international finance and commercial teams. 

Responsibilities 

• Assists in the development and consolidation of the Long-Range Plan and Annual Plan by building financial models, gathering data inputs, and analyzing trends. 

• Supports the preparation of monthly Actuals reports, LBE, Commercial Business review materials, ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs. 

• Contributes to the creation and refinement of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership review. 

• Supports the preparation of monthly ADS reviews for International Finance and ensures accuracy. 

• Collaborates with area commercial finance teams, global commercial finance, and affiliates to support forecast alignment and financial planning assumptions. 

• Reconciles financial data across multiple systems (e.g., BPC, BIP, Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. 

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient financial reporting and planning workflows. 

• Provides analytical support for ad hoc financial
