Job Title: Building Administration Support
Location: Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy (DOE) government offices, the Hanford Site and Richland, WA. Full time, in-office support is expected; position may be situational telework eligible.
Hours: 2 full-time (FTE), non-exempt, SCA positions.
Compensation: $36.06 - $43.37 per hour; compensation is reflective of years of relevant experience, education and professional background.
AttainX is searching for administrative support to assist DOE-Hanford, Site Stewardship Division (SSD). The position will perform duties in support of a variety of facilities management activities and will report to and require close coordination of activities with the DOE-Hanford Facilities Program Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Associate's degree in a business field of study or 3 years of experience in lieu of associate's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in facilities management and knowledge of information technology.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Teams and Excel.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with backup coverage in all DOE-Hanford leased properties as needed to ensure all inquiries and requests made by DOE office tenants are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with daily interface and provide customer service with DOE-Hanford employees and General Site Services Contractors (GSSC), landlord/building managers and with the GSA property manager in the Stevens Center Complex (2420, 2430, 2440) as well as for the portions occupied by DOE within General Service Administration (GSA)-owned federal building at 825 Jadwin Avenue, 1838 Terminal Drive and all occupied mobile units on the Hanford Site.
- Analyze and make recommendations for the improvement of management systems.
- Work closely with GSA, the lessor and DOE facility program manager.
- Track lease information with regards to square footage information, pictures and any other important building issues.
- Track and maintain AutoCAD drawings of building floor plans of DOE facilities maps and assigned occupancy of the applicable space.
- Track and coordinate work being performed and any major shutdowns.
- Coordinate, schedule, sequence and analyze safe furniture layout of personnel moves (e.g., furnishings, files).
- Ensure management/union approval processes are followed.
- Maintain furniture and property inventories.
- Assist with excess of unnecessary and damaged furniture.
- Organize deliveries to and from and for the portions of space occupied by DOE within the GSA-owned federal building, 1838 Terminal Drive and all occupied mobile units on the Hanford Site.
- Manage, assign and collect all keys to/from tenants while working closely with physical security, monitoring and overseeing facility automated access controls within the KOLTS system (keys) and OnGuard (proximity) physical access control system.
- Coordinate with GSA in support of parking needs and other property matters that arise at the federal building at 825 Jadwin Avenue in Richland, WA, for the remaining federal/direct support to federal occupants.
- Assist with interface on building issues at the Richland federal building, 2420, 2430 and 2440 Stevens Center, which include but are not limited to, building renovations/modifications, ordering services, notifications, janitorial contract, building/employee needs, carpentry services and new wiring installation for data and electrical ports.
- Monitor lessor performance of all services required under the lease agreement, janitorial services and basic contracted services, periodic service tasks and any special requests.
