In this leadership role, you will manage the design and development of cutting-edge mechanical systems, ensuring projects meet technical and business requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for design and team collaboration.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You will do:</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.</li> <li> <strong>Design Oversight:</strong> Lead the conceptualization, development, and refinement of mechanical designs, ensuring alignment with project objectives.</li> <li> <strong>Project Management:</strong> Plan and oversee design projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.</li> <li> <strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Provide advanced technical guidance and problem-solving for complex design challenges.</li> <li> <strong>Innovation:</strong> Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance and product quality.</li> <li> <strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&amp;D, and quality assurance, to deliver integrated solutions.</li> <li> <strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.</li> <li> <strong>Documentation:</strong> Oversee the preparation of design documentation, specifications, and technical reports.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>We would love to have You on our team if you have following qualifications and skills:</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li> <li> <strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.</li> <li> <strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Strong proficiency in metal and plastic parts design.
