Area After Sales Manager (Europe)

Responsibilities

1.Drive and monitor after-sales KPIs across assigned markets: service performance, parts logistics, cost efficiency, and uptime. 2.Build strong relationships with dealers/importers and ensure network readiness. 3.Manage escalation on technical, warranty, and customer satisfaction cases. 4.Oversee service process quality, capacity planning, and partner certification. 5.Lead operational reporting and market analysis, providing actionable insights to European management. 6.Support implementation of new EV service standards and digital tools across the network.
