Business Process Analyst Advisor

Our work depends on Business Process Analyst Advisor joining our team to support CMS' Program Integrity efforts through the development of a case management solution to support the detection and prevention of fraud, waste, or abuse.
HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams
Serves as a lead analyst providing expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex and multiple business process engagements
Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection
Uses quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis
Researches industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices
Partners with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives
May be responsible for resolution of complex problems escalated by lower level consultants
May develop department policies and procedures
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
May serve as a team or task lead
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5+ years of experience
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Bachelors Degree, SAFe or Agile delivery experience
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience supporting CMS programs
● Required Technical Skills: JIRA/Confluence
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication
● Location:** Remote
●Must be able to complete public trust including residency requirements (3 of last 5 years in US)
