Production Supervisor

Preferred personal attributes, skills and experience shall include the following:

• Strong leadership presence and conducts themselves with integrity and professionalism.
• Highly detail oriented and accurate in the completion of paperwork and data entry.
• Strong organization skills- must be able to successfully multi-task.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
• Experience in a unionized work environment (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. 
• Must be able to develop good working relationships with departmental stakeholders (Quality, Maintenance, Distribution, Administrative Personnel, Etc.) and production employees- relationships based upon respect, integrity, professionalism, honesty and competency.
• Basic computer skills- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiar with SQF standards.
• Must be able safely lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Prior experience with the enforcement of company policies and collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong familiarity with OSHA safety processes and requirements.
• Compensation based upon skills and experience.
