Technical Infrastructure PM

Evolver is seeking a highly skilled Tech Infrastructure Project Manager with a focus on ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace and SolarWinds, as well as expertise in Configuration Management Database and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of monitoring solutions like Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Ensure the effective management and configuration of the CMDB and asset management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects.
• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and CMDB.
• 5 years of experience with monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace and SolarWinds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects.
• 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and CMDB.
• 7 years of experience with monitoring solutions such as Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and project management are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
