Position Overview:

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Self-Insurance office in Springfield. In this pivotal role, subject to management approval, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for the effective administration of our self-insurance program. As the Assistant Manager, you will exercise full supervisory authority, guiding your staff to ensure excellence in service delivery and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative work environment and driving the success of our self-insurance initiatives.
