YOU ARE...

A successful General Manager and will have 5+ years experience managing multi-concepts in an upscale and food focused environment. You are passionate about food and look forward to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality product to create unforgettable experiences (for team-members & guests). The GM will promote staff development and champion a positive experience while also effectively communicate to get the job done. As an ambassador for Indigo Road you’ll strive to create memorable experiences for people through food.

As the General Manager for Mercantile & Mash, you'll be an ambassador for IRHG and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You’ll look after all aspects of the restaurant including; operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more...

YOU'LL HAVE...

• 5+ years of successfully running a multi-concept, high-volume food focused environments
• Hands-on approach to managing service and the floor
• Solid financial experience in managing budgets, forecasts and P&L's
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences
• Compassion for people and embrace IRHG core values
• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation

Requirements

WHAT TO EXPECT. ON THE FLOOR & IN THE OPERATION…Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday’s) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 50 to 55 hours a week.
