<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>2nd Shift Prima Punch Machine Operator</p> <p>Financially sound and growing metal fabricator of commercial kitchen ventilation systems has an immediate opening for an:</p> <p>• Exceptional worker as a full-time Machinist&nbsp;<br>• Scheduled working hours of Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm with mandatory overtime when production demands require it.&nbsp;<br>• Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required</p> <p><strong>Note:&nbsp; </strong>Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm</li> <li>Mandatory overtime when production demands require it.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing material</li> <li>Determine sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls</li> <li>Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls</li> <li>Resolve production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources</li> <li>Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs</li> <li>Documents actions by completing production and quality logs</li> <li>Contributes to team effort working in other areas as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail, safety and quality</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is beneficial</li> <li>Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions</li> <li>Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins</li> <li>Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills</li> <li>Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods</li> <li>Physical stamina and strength</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Competitive Wages</strong></li> <li>Monthly bonus based on performance, productivity and profits.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <
