Branch Service Manager (Floating)

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for the overall management of branch operations and audit. Carry out supervisory responsibilities over wire transfers, account closeouts, documentation review, customer outreach etc in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
2. Approve, process transactions, authorizations, exceptions and adjustments
3. Review and verify all previous days’ work to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancy that may exist
4. Develop, train, coach and mentor branch staff
5. Actively promote the Bank and its products and services
6. Assist Branch Manager with the sales and onboarding of new and existing customers to ensure they are set up with the best products and services that meet their needs
7. Works to cross-sell customers to products and services utilizing Salesforce to manage and monitor client engagement, 
8. Proactively engage and assist in the management and servicing of customers through quick client resolution and correspondence with back-office support
9. Seek additional opportunities to better service and expand existing relationships
10. Greet customers in a professional manner that creates a welcoming environment; this includes proper acknowledgement and introduction in accordance with Bank policies and service standards
11. Identify customer needs through probing questions and offer appropriate products and services based on customer responses
12. Provide exemplary customer service to include responding to customer calls, emails, and inquiries
13. Participate in events, community engagement, and other financial literacy initiatives that support the financial needs of customers and prospects
14. Knowledge and use of the Bank’s Policy and Procedure system to keep current with updates to policy and procedures
15. Perform other duties as directed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 + years of branch operations management experience
3. Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
4. Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
