Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Creative Services Senior Manager - Enterprise and Segments. Responsibilities include leading the management, creative strategy and execution of marketing materials in all formats for both customers, prospects and internal partners for various departments within the company; working directly with Account Mangers, Sales team, Fashion Designers and Marketing Managers to lead, manage, create, design and execute either the Cintas or customers’ corporate strategy and messaging for campaigns, initiatives and other marketing materials, including but not limited to direct mail, catalogs, photo and video shoots, digital, large RFPs and sales presentations; collaborating with the Director of Marketing Communications to develop, train and lead the implementation of the Cintas corporate and Design Collective by Cintas brand guidelines and brand strategies across all campaigns and collateral upholding all standards of brand identity, including customer-specific standards, when appropriate; serving as a Brand ambassador by providing direction and execution for materials and resources for the implementation of the corporate and Design Collective brand, visually and in the correct tone of voice, across various mediums.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• Extensive knowledge of design, production, printing processes
• In-depth knowledge of digital, video and photography
