About the role

Description

  • Assessing and monitoring the health status of residents.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Documenting resident care plans and progress notes.
  • Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.


Requirements

  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
