About the role:
The Solution Architect – Workday Integration & Security is responsible for the design, delivery, and governance of secure, scalable Workday integrations and security frameworks. This role serves as the technical authority across integration architecture and Workday security, ensuring solutions are compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with enterprise standards.
The role partners closely with HR, IT, InfoSec, and third-party vendors to ensure that all integrations are secure-by-design, properly documented, and operationally sustainable.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Architecture & Design
Define and own end-to-end architecture for Workday integrations and security design
Establish secure integration patterns, including authentication, encryption, and data transfer mechanisms
Design and govern Workday security models (ISUs, ISSGs, domain security, segmented security)
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
Solution Delivery & Execution
Lead full lifecycle delivery of integrations from requirements through deployment
