Purpose of Role
The Lead, Product Supply Operations - Apparel will support the commercialization of a product category by interfacing with the product team as well as acting as the primary liaison to the regional sourcing team to deliver profitable and on time products within their category.
Your Impact
⦁ Fully understand supply chain needs of category product teams. Clearly communicate style level details to the regional sourcing team to support allocation and costing.
⦁ Work with SCO leaders to create category level supply chain strategies and communicate these to the regional sourcing teams
⦁ Drive ownership of material and construction decisions related to cost within the product team
⦁ Lead cross functional efforts to achieve category target margins
⦁ Partner with materials, materials sourcing, and trims to deliver precosts to the product team
⦁ Partner with regional sourcing, supply planning, and SMS teams to troubleshoot production related issues as needed
Qualifications
⦁ Bachelor’s degree
⦁ 4-6 years of related supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, textiles or apparel manufacturing
⦁ Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
⦁ Proficiency in SAP and Web based PLM systems a plus
⦁ Communication: Must be able to lead product presentations in a clear, concise and engaging manner. Cultivates an expanded network of cross functional skilled partners to solve category issues. Uses high standards of integrity and a strong cultural awareness to build strong working relationships with regional sourcing teammates and factory partners. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills.

- ⦁ Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
⦁ Return To Work Designation: 3 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
