Description

Are you happiest when youre outdoors, engaging in sports and physical activities, breathing in fresh air, and relying on yourself? Do you love to play? Are you especially motivated to share your enthusiasm for outdoor education with kids? Do you believe that all kids deserve the chance to sleep under the stars and learn from Mother Nature? If you answered yes to any of those questions, we want to meet you!

Arc Experience provides before- and after-school programs throughout Southern California and we have an Outdoor Education division where we take student youth outside sometimes to the beach or the mountains, but sometimes just to the playground so they can challenge themselves and build their confidence. For 20 years weve seen how students thrive when given the chance to be physical, to be outdoors, and to work as a team. We get a charge out of watching a kid conquer their own reluctance and do something they didnt think they could do (or didnt want to do). And were looking for team members who are motivated by that same thing.

We have a very competitive compensation rate as well as industry-leading training opportunities. We invest in our employees so they can grow their own career skills and professional opportunities. We have best-in-class equipment to work with and we travel to Southern Californias most beautiful outdoor spaces.
