Our Loews Hotels & Co Home Office teams provide support to all our properties throughout the United States and Canada. Our talented teams provide guidance over strategic planning, operations, revenue management, communications, marketing, finance, human resources, and information technology. This position is based at the Loews Hotels & Co Business Services Center in Franklin, TN.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, and drive the Enterprise and Collaboration Services strategic roadmap based on business needs and company objectives.

  • Oversee and facilitate the maintenance and support of all Enterprise and Collaboration SAAS, PAAS, and Infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, performance, fault tolerance and high availability.

  • Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deploy Enterprise applications and enhancements.  

  • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures.

  • Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts with a focus on Email Threat and Information Protection, Microsoft 0365 Platform (Exchange Online, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint), DNS management and security, Service Now Platform (ITSM and ITOM) and related technologies and services.

  • Implement and manage all phases of Enterprise and Collaborative Services projects to include scope, planning, stakeholders, risk, resources, budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Create and implement technical support processes, metrics, SLAs, policies, and procedures. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Technical Vendors, 3rd Party Business Partners and Service Providers.  Ensure service providers perform to contractual SLAs and service obligations.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and audit policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Attend required meetings and trainings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in an enterprise IT environment

  • 4 Year Degree preferred

  • Excellence in leadership and career development of multiple teams

  • Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Understanding of ITIL framework and associated processes

  • Successful leadership through transformative periods

  • Extensive experience with SaaS and PAAS-based solutions and cloud architectures.

  • Strong track record of success in testing, QA, and project delivery

  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development,
