Community Lead

Facet is seeking a community and social media lead to join our multidisciplinary marketing team of designers, engineers, and AI experts. Your role is essential to helping us design and organize programs to engage our vibrant creative community and manage multiple product funnels and campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, medium-agnostic, willing to help out on any project, and is excited about learning and collaboration.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and prioritize user and community initiatives across multiple channels.

• Solid communication skills both as a public-facing technical writer.

• Photography, photo editing, or videography experience is a plus.

• Visual and brand design chops are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Developing Facet’s nascent community, creator & developer outreach and support programs.

• Building relationships with key users, foster a healthy community, and collect and prioritize user feedback and technical blockers with our engineering team.

• Creating content, tutorials, videos, and samples from beginner to best practices that demonstrates how to best use Facet and resonate with our community.

Added plus: personal or professional exposure to photography, video creators, production or post-production including VFX and editing.
