We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cybersecurity Program Manager to oversee and manage the overall performance of our cybersecurity contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for project tracking, schedules, estimates, resource management, and status reporting. The Cybersecurity Program Manager must possess knowledge and understanding of the FAR regulations, DoD security requirements, and network design and operations.  This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in cybersecurity, excellent project management skills and commitment to delivering high quality results.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, or 10-15 years of relevant experience working with innovative technologies.
• Knowledge of FAR regulations, DoD security requirements, and network design and operations.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Must have a current PMP and CISSP certification.
• Must have at least one of the following IAM Level III certifications: CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented with a focus of delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of firewall management, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• In-depth understanding of incident response procedures, cybersecurity best practices and principals.
• Familiarity with audit processes and the ability to support cybersecurity audits.
• Familiarity with DoD RMF guidelines and experience implementing security controls.
• U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

 Job Duties: 

• Oversee and manage the overall performance of cybersecurity contracts, ensuring successful execution of project objectives.
• Lead project tasking, including schedules, estimates, resource allocation, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR regulations, DoD security requirements, and other relevant industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies.
• Provide guidance on network design and operations to enhance overall security posture.
• Actively participate in project planning, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the cybersecurity program.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance the organization’s security posture.
