About the Job The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Traditional Enrollment for the College of Undergraduate Studies (CUS) is an on-campus, full-time position reporting to the Vice President for Student Life and Traditional Enrollment. The successful candidate must show a proven track record of leadership and supervisory skills for teams that include: Operations, Recruitment, Campus Visits, Events, and Marketing and Communications. The AVP of Traditional Enrollment is responsible for bringing in the new class every fall and spring and leading all efforts to ensure the University meets its enrollment goals. It is strongly preferred that the person selected will have a minimum of five years’ experience of traditional enrollment in Christian higher education. They must be able to collaborate with other leaders within and outside of our campus to meet aggressive enrollment goals. - Five or more years of higher education leadership experience with progressive oversight and responsibility. Masters degree preferred.
- University admissions and enrollment experience, with a track record of success within a Christian school setting is preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills to perform clear, professional public speaking and presentations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to champion the mission and purpose of Colorado Christian University to prospective students, families, high schools, and churches. Model CCU’s Christ like values and Christian character within relationships.
- Ability to lead and manage staff, department needs, agendas, and tasks effectively.
