We do this through cross-functional coordination with all teams in technology: driving decisions, defining measurable acceptance criteria, and building shared accountability with stakeholders to agree on deliverables and timelines. We collaborate with other TPMs to manage dependencies to deliver corporate milestones. By rallying ourselves around a plan, TPMs will predict outcomes before they happen: unblocking dependencies in advance, managing risk proactively, and anticipating resource or staffing gaps to accomplish our goals.
