Main responsibilities:
•    This role involves understanding cloud discount structures and being able to advise on architecture that optimizes efficient spend. The individual in this role should have knowledge of the Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and extensive experience in developing and delivering cloud solutions on all major cloud environments. 
•    This individual should have a strong history of designing and implementing cloud infrastructure to support business application solutions that meet efficiency, performance, and business objectives. 
•    Responsible for the overall success of the technical solution from construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry, or business specialty.
•    Deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.
•    Structure, lead and facilitate various design meetings and workshops, be the face of Kyndryl to the client, dive into deep technical topics, discuss common architecture patterns and reference models, coordinate to ensure the right technical skills are on the team
•    Establish the solution architecture approach, structure, and lead requirements analysis, outline key architectural decisions, plan for milestones, manage engagement outcomes, and oversee cloud engineer assignments to manage toward engagement outcomes
•    Analysis of client current state, define key outcomes, define/revise IT strategy, design conceptual solutions, plan and execute design and implementation work (with support from technical specialists), while accounting for time, cost and quality targets
•    Work with business analysts and application developers to understand infrastructure, automation and operational requirements and build a backlog
•    Educate, mentor and coach engineers and architects on frameworks and approaches
•    Prepare and lead technical presentations or demonstrations to gain client commitment
•    Contribute to architecture knowledge base and methods with technique papers, work product descriptions, architectural decisions, guiding principles, documents, and code assets
•    Lead architecture reviews to capture learnings and update methodologies and assets
•    Lead regular technology lunch and learns to disseminate architecture knowledge

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $122,870 to $233,450 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are

10+ Years of Hands on Experience in deploying hybrid/public cloud loud technology via automated pipelines following DevSecOps and SRE principles
•    10+ years of deploying solutions on various patterns (IaaS, serverless, PaaS and SaaS) Integrated platforms such as Functions, Lambda, VM, DB’s, AKS/EKS, Azure Stack HCI, ARC, Edge computing
•    8+ years of Strong Experience with Infrastructure as code tools or scripting (e.g., Terraform, Cloudformation, bicep/ARM templates,Python, Bash) and automation (e.g., Ansible)
•    5+ years of building programmable compute, storage, network and security controls via code and configruations
•    Broad design expertise
