Secret Cleared Avaya Unified Communication Engineer (3/4 National Travel)

Position Overview:
As an Avaya Unified Communication Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Avaya Unified Communication solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Avaya products, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex Unified Communication environments. This position is 75% national travel and requires a Secret clearance.

• Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Avaya Unified Communication solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Manager, and related components.
• Perform system administration tasks, including software upgrades, patch installations, and system backups.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide advanced technical support for Avaya Unified Communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to voice and video communication.
• Integrate Avaya solutions with other communication and collaboration platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Avaya configurations, settings, and changes.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.
