As pioneers in bringing together the realms of technology and luxury, YOOX NET-A-PORTER satisfies the most discerning clientele with expertly curated products from the world’s most coveted brands, personalised end-to-end service, the latest technology and inspiring content, all shaped by 20 years of insights into the modern shopper.</span></p><p></p><p><span>To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.</span></p><p></p><p>Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented <b>Accounting Reporting Supervisor​ </b>to join YOOX Group Accounting and Administration team.</p><p>Some of the essentials for you to know are:</p><p></p><p><b>Location: </b>Zola Predosa (BO)</p><p><b>Reporting into</b>: Finance &amp; Administration Director YOOXG</p><p><b>Contract Type:</b> Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)</p><p><b>Workplace Type:</b> Hybrid</p><p><b>Potential Start Date:</b> September 2024</p><p></p><p><b>Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage data collection of actual results for month-end activities (monthly reporting);</p></li><li><p>Guarantee and maintain regular scheduled processes and reports (assets and liabilities, other financial data, etc..); </p></li><li><p>Develop various ad-hoc data queries and deliver results in a concise manner to internal and HQ management;</p></li><li><p>Propose and implement improvements and automation for existing reporting processes;</p></li><li><p>Ensure all procedural documentation relevant to the reporting environment is maintained up-to-date;</p></li><li><p>Actively work on assigned projects and various business initiatives as well as ad-hoc demand;</p></li><li><p>Implementation and formalization of processes and procedures within the area of responsibility;</p></li><li><p>Monitor main cross-area activities (Accounting, ICS, Controlling Team and IT, etc..) and their implementation according the deadlines requested, throughout continuous updates and specular mapping (ex-ante and ex-post), reported to each owner of the flows;</p></li><li><p>Management of the relationship with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, controller, reporting, etc..) on the verification of the specific reports prepared;</p></li><li><p>Management of periodic accounting closing process in compliance with the policy and procedures applied in the Group;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The type of person that we are looking for:</b></p><ul><li><p>University Degree in Economics</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS;</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite in general;</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Navision, SAP FI/CO and SQL will be considered a plus</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and show flexibility</p></li><li><p>Reliability, accuracy and discretion</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, a problem-solving and proactive approach</p></li><li><p>Motivation in an administrative role</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with colleagues from foreign countries</p></li></ul><p></p><p>From the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
