Houseperson - Seasonal (Tropicana, Atlantic City)

Job Duties

• Assists in cleaning of halls, public restrooms, showers and lavatory.
• Responsible for the deep cleaning of guest rooms to include, lifting and moving of furniture (beds, mattresses, dressers and nightstands), operation of heavy vacuum cleaner, wet and dry vacuum and carpet extraction machine. (approximately 7 rooms are deep cleaned per day)
• Provides Family Style Service at all times
• Promotes positive customer relations.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

 

• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to attendant regulations, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
