Your Responsibilities
As a Data & Analytics Project Manager, you work with Solutions as a Service as part of our Business Transformation team who are implementing new products, solutions, and strategies to execute on a new business model by delivering Solutions as a Service. The Data & Analytics Project Manager will manage the scoped projects for Solutions as a Service (SaaS) Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence Analyst teams that support key internal capabilities workstreams, such as License Management, Product Utilization, and Customer Success. This role will define project milestones and lead the execution of the development teams’ projects to deliver on our Solutions as a Service objectives.
- Responsible for managing multiple SaaS Data & Analytics projects to deliver on key projects milestones – including customer success, license management and business analytics.
- Maintain project status roadmap and communicate status leaders and stakeholders.
- Leverage Agile practices by leading the daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reto, and Sprint Demo’s with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Catalyst to prioritize project backlogs.
- Address and document end-user change requests.
- Consolidate Data Engineering, Data Science, and BI Analyst to employ a common set of best practices.
- Establish collaborative working relationships and trust with key project stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce data governance best practices, policies, procedures to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.

What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years - Project Management or Product Management experience including plan development, team management, delivery, and deployment.
- 3 or more years - Data & Analytics Experience, in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence Analytics.
- 1 or more years – Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Six Sigma or similar processes.
- 1 or more years of experience with project prioritization and portfolio management
- 1 or more years of communicating detailed technical information to non-technical audiences in a way that solves a business problem.
What Makes You Stand Out
- 3 or more years - Project Management or Product Management experience including plan development, team management, delivery, and deployment.
- 3 or more years - Data & Analytics Experience, in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence Analytics.
- 1 or more years – Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Six Sigma or similar processes.
- 1 or more years of experience with project prioritization and portfolio management
- 1 or more years of communicating detailed technical information to non-technical audiences in a way that solves a business problem.
- Familiarity with Agricultural Products.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Business Management, Business Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or similar discipline.
