About the role

We have partnered with an established construction company in the Atlanta area seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles and practices in the construction industry- Manage the construction accounting function, including general accounting and financial reporting- Oversee the construction accounting function, including revenue recognition and project accounting- Manage the accounting team- Work closely with external CPA firm on audit and tax matters
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance- 4+ years of experience- Exposure to the construction industry and knowledge of percentage of completion/job costing is a must
