AMZL Energy is looking for a Senior Program Manager to help build the equipment supply chain solutions that drive aggressive growth and scale in the Electric Vehicle space. This is a truly unique opportunity to build a strategic greenfield program, a highly visible charter, and a cool vision that you can be proud of! Candidate will need to have in-depth understanding of the supply chain domain and B2B interactions in this space. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in the supplier relationship domain and the candidate should possess a proven history of building relevant programs at scale. Our project is an early stage project with a bold long-term vision and a power to transform the industry. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of program capabilities and also grow as a program leader.

This role can be based in any of the corporate offices in Arlington, Detroit, Nashville, SEA, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Bellevue.






Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Perform forecasting, demand analysis, material/inventory management, and manage supply buffers
• Create mechanisms to automate, analyze, and report the health of the supply chain
• Understand manufacturing processes to verify supply commitments and reduce cycle times
• Work with equipment suppliers to analyze, reconcile allocation and monitor changes and cancellations
• Participate in requirements gathering
• Develop analytical tools and dashboards to track metrics, monitor SLAs, and report findings
• Produce written recommendations and insights to inform key stakeholders of supply chain health and help shape solution design

Key job responsibilities
• Forecast generation and demand planning (S&OP)
• Allocations of material from inventory hubs to sites
• Requirement and Specification reviews with Design Engineering (BOM)
• Data analytics
The right candidate is someone who can invent and simplify, building tools, dashboards, mechanisms, and processes that enable scale and speed of decision-making. You should be flexible to change, resourceful, and customer-focused with strong supply chain domain knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation of large-scale programs. You should also possess the ability to influence people across functions, including technical teams, partner organizations, and business leaders. To do this, you must be able to manage complex initiatives across numerous business models, create certainty out of ambiguous requirements, while having a firm grasp over the operational, strategic, and technical aspects of the product solution. Candidate must be able to show high judgment to inform technology and business trade-offs.


About the team
About the team
The Supply Chain team for AMZL Energy ensures EV Infrastructure equipment is delivered to sites in time for EV launch. There are 3 main functions: Supplier Relationship Mgmt (SPOC for suppliers, escalations, scorecards, value engineering), Planning (S&OP, inventory management, ~50-100 sites schedule alignment, flow of equipment), Risk Mitigation (Sourcing strategy, cost savings, market trends, allocations)

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
