About your role:  

• Collect, clean, and transform large volumes of data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive dashboard designs.
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards that effectively communicate insights and key metrics.
• Develop and maintain scalable and flexible dashboard templates that can be customized for different business units or stakeholders.  
• Analyze data sets using statistical methods and data exploration techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations for inclusion in the dashboards.  
• Ensure the security and integrity of data used in dashboards by implementing appropriate data governance and quality control measures.  
• Regularly monitor and update dashboards, incorporating feedback and making improvements to enhance usability and user experience.  
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to interpret and utilize dashboards effectively. 

Requirements and Skills:  

• Strong experience with SQL
• Experience with Tableau or BI tool with at least 3+ experience
• Ability to prioritize based on the needs of the organization
• Highly collaborative and effective across an organization and region amongst stakeholders  
• Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information   
• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Proficient presentation and communication skills
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop and maintain processes
• Strength in rolling with changes and learning fast
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 business tools
