Team Leader Vegetation Management

Summary of Responsibilities:

Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for a Team Leader-Vegetation Management to lead our team of vegetation management specialists. This team supports the ATC vegetation management for both construction and maintenance through management of the vegetation requirements on the right of ways. You’ll manage resources, budgeting, processes and supporting documentation to facilitate the Vegetation Management group’s success.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education, and five years of progressively responsible experience in vegetation management to lead root cause analysis; providing knowledge, experience and insight; conducting interviews or data mining as required., review projects and assignment of Vegetation Management resources and use data and technology to advance the vegetation management program and decision making. In addition, you’ll supervise, coach, and evaluate personnel as well as planning appropriate staff level that is consistent and supportive of the near and long-term business plans and be responsible for contractor management, which includes safety and resource management.
