PwC Professional skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </li><li>Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms </li><li>Co-shape the desired business, operating and organizational target state, through   understanding current and best practices, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities </li><li>Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly </li><li>Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives, contributing to the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations. </li><li>Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise </li><li>Share and collaborate effectively with others, both inside PwC and with client teams </li><li>Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced </li></ul><p></p><p>What we are looking for:</p><p></p><ul><li>A degree in Economics, Business, International Affairs, Social Sciences, Science, Technology or Engineering </li><li>A MBA or a Master’s degree will be considered a plus </li><li>Two (2) + years  of work experience in consulting firm / business unit / <span>government/international</span> organization </li><li>Advanced analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Critical mindset </li><li>Curiosity with an eagerness to learn </li><li>Ownership and result-oriented mindset </li><li>Flexibility - agility </li><li>Active listening and communication </li><li>Teamwork and collaborative spirit </li><li>Aptitude (and/or willingness to develop it) in managing complexity and uncertainty </li><li>Project management experience will be considered a plus  </li><li>Stakeholder management experience will be considered a plus </li><li>Good working knowledge (writing and verbal) of Greek and English language </li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications </li></ul><p></p><p>If you feel you have most of the above, then you are a good fit for our team.
