The Senior Software Engineer role is critical in the delivery of our software roadmaps that deliver features to customers to meet them where they are and enable them to get where they want to be.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Work as part of a global, distributed product development team, contributing to the design and development of full stack Java applications.

• Apply strong coding principles and object-oriented programming practices to build scalable, maintainable software.

• Collaborate with product managers, project teams, and fellow engineers to develop and enhance key product features.

• Embrace agile methodologies, participating in sprints, standups, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive innovation across the engineering organization by contributing to DevOps, CI/CD, and modern development practices.

• Support strategic business goals by implementing high-impact projects that serve both company growth and customer success.

What you bring to the team:

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise-level web/distributed applications leveraging Java, and related technologies

• Some front-end development experience leveraging technologies like Vue, Angular, or React

• Experience developing and implementing webservices

• 3+ years of architecture experience with the ability to architect, design highly available, and fault tolerant SaaS software systems.

• Ability to propose, prototype and document solutions to business/technical problems leveraging variety of tools and technologies.

• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot application performance bottlenecks/issues, identify vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement in the code, and the design.

• Ability to provide guidance and advise to peers on the matters of technical architecture, design, and code quality.

• Knowledge of shell scripting using Python

• SQL/database development experience, preferably leveraging Oracle and Informix

• Understanding of software, application, and integration architecture patterns

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, and switch priorities when necessary

• Highly self-motivated and directed

• Experience or working knowledge of CI/CD

• Understanding of agile development, scrum framework

• Experience with a Version Control System, preferably Git
