Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Program Management Director to be based in Sacramento, CA, but open to Manchester, NH. 

SUMMARY:

This role involves providing strategic advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their leadership’s vision, objectives, and project goals are successfully achieved for large infrastructure programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer recommendations to client of strategic advice and guidance.
• Support the client’s leadership to ensure their vision, objectives, and project goals are successfully achieved.
• Aid in reviewing and assessing existing client policies, programs, objectives, operations, and outcomes. This would include recommending improvements or strategies.
• Support the client as needed in formulating business strategies.
• Help establish a business development function to promote services to external stakeholders.
• Support the client to coordinate with agencies in support of their mission.  
• Assist the client to analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and internal performance to foster innovation.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of principles and practices of global program management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Desired 20+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of large infrastructure programs.
