THE JOB:

At Netflix Bites, where dining meets entertainment, we are seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you'll not only manage and mentor a talented team—including the Assistant General Manager and service staff—but also drive operational and financial success while ensuring our restaurant reflects the high standards of MGM Resorts. From staff training and performance assessments to optimizing reservation channels and maintaining service excellence, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a unique dining adventure that leaves guests wanting more.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, including labor productivity, scheduling, inventory, guest service standards, and marketing strategies to drive profitability; co-own the restaurant business plan and represent the restaurant in meetings.

• Execute policies, procedures, pricing, training, menus, rules, and company initiatives; ensure highest standards of health, sanitation, and compliance training.

• Manage HR responsibilities: foster teamwork, provide feedback and recognition, oversee hiring, training, succession planning, diversity initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and agreements.

• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints, manage feedback channels, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless service.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of food, beverage, menu items, and operational equipment.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations
