More than just a recruiter, this role serves as a consultative partner to hiring managers, guiding them through talent decisions, advising on workforce planning, and aligning hiring strategies with broader business goals. The Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment, while also mentoring team members, refining processes, and contributing to a strong employer brand. This individual combines deep sourcing expertise with strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate hiring needs into strategic action. On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
  • Owns and drives full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from initial intake to offer negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and high-integrity experience for candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Serves as a strategic advisor and embedded partner to business leaders, offering consultative guidance on hiring strategy, labor market dynamics, and talent availability. 
  • Partners with hiring team to design structured interviews using behavior-based questions aligned to role-specific competencies. 
  • Guides /facilitates debrief meetings and decision-making to ensure bias-free decision making, calibrated feedback, and to ensure alignment with long-term team and company goals. 
  • Assesses candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and alignment with role specific requirements.
  • Proactively sources talent through referrals, outreach, and platforms like LinkedIn, combining market insight and relationship-building to attract and engage the right candidates. 
  • Conducts deep-dive research into each open role’s scope, structure, and market landscape to advise hiring teams, share trends, and raise insights that inform strategy and decision-making. 
  • Tracks pipeline activity, hiring metrics, and key recruitment data to inform decisions, identify trends, and support continues improvement. 
  • Mentors and supports junior team members, fostering their recruiting growth and development.
  • Delivers an exceptional hiring manager, candidate and stakeholder experience by responding promptly, clearly, and appropriately. 
  • Delivers interview training sessions and help build consistency in how we assess candidates. 
  • Continuously improves tools, workflows, and documentation to make hiring more effective and efficient. 
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or private information. 
  • Models and reinforces action and behaviors consistent with the Company’s values, mission, and culture. 
  • Serves as a trusted point of contact and company culture ambassador for all internal and external stakeholders. Will also serve as initial point of contact for recruitment and hiring inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and employees. 
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include What You’ll Need to Succeed 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other business-related field strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
  • Experience working, maintaining, and enhancing Talent Acquisition systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Assessment Systems).
