<p><b>Associates Tax (f/m/x)</b></p><p>We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in tax law to support our team in Vienna.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Tasks</b></p><p>Your future job with us will include a diverse range of tasks in advising national and international clients in various industries. This includes:</p><ul><li><p>Advising on various and diversified matters of (national and international) tax law</p></li><li><p>Support and guidance in complex (national and international) tax audits and proceedings before the Austrian fiscal courts</p></li><li><p>Conducting challenging international tax disputes</p></li><li><p>Supporting multijurisdictional transactions from a tax perspective (M&amp;A, IPOs, reorganizations and restructurings, carve-outs, etc.)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Profile</b></p><p>You have completed your law degree with above-average results and have excellent English and German language skills. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and value legal creativity, as well as independent and autonomous work within a team. You are also interested in tax law and have already studied this legal subject in depth. You have previous experience of working in a tax consultancy or in the tax law department of a law firm, or have conducted academic research for your diploma, master's or bachelor's thesis, LL.M., dissertation or as a university assistant.
