StubHub is looking for a Sr. Partnerships Manager to join the US External Affairs team. This role will be responsible for driving new strategic partnerships across North America with a heavy focus on sports content rights holders. This role requires a results-oriented sales professional with experience prospecting, negotiating, and closing bespoke partnership packages. The role will be based in Los Angeles or New York and will require travel within the US.

StubHub is looking for a Sr. Partnerships Manager to join the US External Affairs team. This role will be responsible for driving new strategic partnerships across North America with a heavy focus on sports content rights holders. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development partnerships in North America.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to identify new areas for expansion.
- Evaluate new opportunities, provide strategic direction, and secure buy-in from internal and external executives.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing groups across StubHub business units to develop new business opportunities to bring to market.
- Maintain weekly / monthly forecasting and reporting to senior management within StubHub
- Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Willingness to travel to meetings, conferences, and other necessary events.
What You've Done:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in a business development role
- Deep understanding of the NorAm live events industry
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Experience with building strategic partnerships, negotiation, and execution in a cross-function environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally across a wide variety of functions
