Manager Sales and Operations Execution (m/w/d)

Are you passionate about supply chain excellence? We're seeking an S&OE Manager to drive the smooth flow of products through our supply chain, ensuring customer demands are met efficiently while minimizing costs and inventory. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including procurement, manufacturing, CMOs, logistics, and business units—to align supply chain strategies with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process.

• Monitor and track short-term (weeks 0-16) production plans, achievements, and address gaps through mitigating actions.

• Communicate weekly S&OE status, ensuring allocation changes and actions are effectively progressed.

• Oversee manufacturing and procurement plans to ensure material availability.

• Provide 12-month visibility to CMOs and key suppliers.

• Ensure MRP data sharing and purchase orders are managed within agreed frozen periods.

• Collaborate with PUs to adjust MRP in cases of supply constraints or demand changes.

• Coordinate with Supply Management on detailed distribution planning.

• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring alignment with inventory policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

Experience & Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain and S&OP/S&OE planning.

• Experience in a distribution and planning environment of Enteral Nutrition products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP IBP and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Dutch, German a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally.
