The Opportunity
This position is restricted to those that have been a previous TC Energy student employee and are new graduates. Locations will include Houston, TX; Charleston, WV and respective field locations.
TC Energy would like to invite any new graduate with a bachelor's degree for future opportunities. This position will provide a pool of candidates for positions with an expected start date in 2025.
The intention of this job is to provide broad exposure to TC Energy, get hands-on experience and build a rewarding career. You'll have the opportunity to focus on building your competencies and soft skills. In addition, you'll build great relationships through a network of experienced mentors.
What you'll do
Follow and ensure compliance with TC Energy's policy and procedures
Provide innovative solutions to solve emergent issues
Coordinate Process Improvement, Innovation & Initiatives
Champion a culture of safety excellence within the company
Effectively communicate
Monitor key performance indicators (most importantly, leading indicators) to track progress
Be prepared to take on other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field or alternate post-secondary program at a recognized college or university
Recent graduate from the class of 2024 or 2025
Previous work experience at TC Energy as a student
Ability to work independently and implement proper procedures as required
Ability to manage different simultaneous efforts, prioritize on work with most business impact, and eliminate non-value-added work
Effective stakeholder management skills
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships to reach company objectives
Willingness to travel for work assignments as required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task within a team environment
You must be legally entitled to work in US by way of US Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a valid work permit
