The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Warehouse Material Handler I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Receiving, transferring, picking, packing, labeling and shipping of Spare Parts and Finished Goods for Medical Devices.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in Oracle throughout the receiving, processing, and shipment of goods.
- Collaborating with buyers, planners, accounts payables, and customers to research and provide updates on shipments.
- Supporting a safe and clean working environment.
- Rotating through and learning the tasks in all areas of the Warehouse. Some overtime during the week and occasional Saturday hours may be available.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED from AND 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience solving problems with internal departments and teams, along with working with external customers and suppliers.
- Experience with Quality and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Onsite at Technical Services Center / Building IX, San Antonio, TX
Travel: Not required

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $42,715 - $52,208, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
