Learning Experience Designer for Non-tech AI program (B2B)

With expert-led content and personalized mentoring, we help employees excel and achieve new levels of proficiency.</p><p><br/></p><p>Now we are looking for a <strong>Learning Experience designer</strong> <strong>for our Non-tech AI program (B2B).</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>💡 <strong>Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment. </strong></p> <h3>What you will do</h3> <p><strong>Update our current courses:</strong></p><ul><li>Audit the course in terms of cognitive load, motivation, difficulty level, and alignment with educational outcomes;</li><li>Work with student feedback and subject-matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement;</li><li>Update course content in collaboration with SMEs (subject-matter experts);</li><li>Maintain backlog of improvements.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Develop new materials:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME;</li><li>Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson;</li><li>Write content based on SME’s materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids;</li><li>Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;</li><li>Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Minimum of <strong>3 years of experience</strong> as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, learning content developer, or program designer - only adult learning;</li><li>Familiarity with models and methodologies for teaching complex skills;</li><li>Experience in developing diverse educational content, including long-form articles, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and assessments;</li><li>Ability to design and implement assessments for skills and knowledge within courses;</li><li>Proficient in structuring educational experiences and creating Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);</li><li>Experience with modern tools for creating learning aids; familiarity with Figma and HeyGen is preferred;</li><li>Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice-to-have: </strong></p><ul><li>A background in digital professions (marketing, design, product/project management)</li></ul> <h3>What we can offer you</h3> <ul><li>Remote, Full-time Contract position.</li><li>Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it.
