Who You Are: You are a seasoned backend engineer with 5+ years of experience, passionate about building scalable and robust systems. You possess deep expertise in Java or Go and are comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy leading technical architecture decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and performant backend services.

• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Lead the architectural design and technical direction of platform services.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define and implement new features.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.

• Work with distributed systems and microservices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.

• Expertise in Java or Go programming languages.
