LPN Double Weekend - Sat & Sun - $42/hr premium pay

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7a-3p/3p-11p (32 hours per week) - NOT A BAYLOR SHIFT

LPN Base Pay: $32 per hour base pay + $10 weekend premium + 2nd shift differential

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking Full-Time LPN/Care Leader for a Double Weekend shift with premium pay. This shift is perfect for someone that wants to work Full-Time hours during the weekend thus creating flexibility during the weekdays for them. You would work two days and still get all the benefits of Full-Time employment.

Job Responsibilities

• As an LPN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required
• At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
