Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations for our Whitestown IN location. This person will oversee the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that processes are efficient, cost-effective, and align with our operational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse function, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics. This role requires strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development of warehouse teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Procurement, and Transportation to optimize workflow and solve operational issues.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and executing process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, warehouse standards, and company policies.
• Manage budget and financial performance of warehouse operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions are in place.
• Lead and support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Drive technology adoption and warehouse management system (WMS) optimization to streamline operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration among warehouse employees.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
• Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and driving operational improvements.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in a warehouse setting.
