Director of Student Services

Description

The Director of Student Services at the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage will oversee the comprehensive support services for students, ensuring a positive educational experience. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with faculty and staff, and the management of student services programs, including but not limited to, academic advising and career services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing student success and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Student Services department, setting strategic goals and objectives to enhance student engagement and success.
• Manage programs that support student well-being, academic achievement, career readiness, and placement into the career field upon graduation.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to create a supportive learning environment that addresses the needs of diverse student populations.
• Monitor and evaluate student services programs, using data to inform decision-making and improve services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and institutional policies regarding student services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in student services or higher education administration preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
