✅ Maximize Revenue Opportunities – Upsell and upgrade massage and facial clients to higher-tier services and enhancements.
✅ Educate Clients – Confidently explain service options, benefits of monthly memberships, and promotional offers.
✅ Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience – Build strong client relationships and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued.
✅ Meet and Exceed Sales Goals – Maintain a results-driven mindset with commissions and incentives for top performers.
✅ Master the Spa Menu – Know our offerings inside and out (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
