Worker Designation – This role is an onsite role. You will be required to work at the ASC in Columbus, GA, during your set working schedule.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• Training and experience in mechanical, electrical, systems furniture, refrigeration, and ventilation systems 
• Ability to operate a forklift 
• Possession of a valid state driver's license and the ability to maintain insurability with company insurance carrier 
• Possess DOT Health Card to drive vehicle of 10,001 lbs or more (required)

 

Education & Experience Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of work related experience

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Education & Experience Preferred

• Technical School Graduate

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Completes work orders under direct supervision that require movement and delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment throughout the company upon request 
• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies several different types of modular office systems furniture 
• Operates all company vehicles (including 10,001 lbs) daily to move supplies, materials, and passenger vehicles for executives when required 
• Performs minor maintenance repair work orders, such as clogged drains, light bulb replacements, ballast replacements, worn fixtures, etc.; assists in performing preventive maintenance tasks, such as replacement of air filters in heating and cooling systems 
• Provides assistance in ensuring proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; participates in continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices 
• Participates in the collection and disposal of recyclable materials according to company procedures 
• Performs other tasks and duties as required

The salary range for this job is $40,000 to $50,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.
