Student: Stockroom Assistant

The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking to immediately hire a student employee to assist with stockroom responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes weekly inventory of self-serve stock
• Receiving of product and storage
• Assists engineers and staff in pulling parts
• Assists in the closeout process of programs

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a USU student
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summer
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or other US person

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds to complete position-related duties
