Summary:

To coordinate and execute cross module production support, business process modeling and enhancement, user training and participate in project implementation to support business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1.  Project Implementation

   1. Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Production Planning and Quality Management and ability to handle Production Planning processes.

   2. Communicate with the key stakeholders to gather the requirement for the business process flow, and translate them into system requirements

   3. Configure the system according to business requirement / scenarios

   4. Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.

   5. Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.

   6. Ability to configure SAP PP and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP PP.

   7. Integration of the PP/QM module with other SAP modules and with external applications.

   8. Prepare functional specifications and authorization matrix. Maintain close communication with technical team and user to resolve any design issue.

   9. Assist user to identify the business scenario for system testing. Document testing scenarios, guide and work with users to identify and resolve issues arisen during system test

   10. Coordinate cur over activities during system implementation

   11. Coordinate and conduct training to key user

2. Production Support

   1. Troubleshoot application issues raised from users. Establish priority and develop solution.

   2. Document and analysis the support ticket in responsible area. Develop plan for business improvement.

3. Business Process Modeling and Enhancement

   1. Propose process and system flow that can streamline the business process and improve efficiency.

   2. Develop deep business process understanding in responsible area, be able to provide I.T solution to fit business’s need.

   3. Improve and enhance the quality of the data in the system. Enable better decision making based on the analytic of data.

General Education and/or Education (Required)

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP as an analyst in PP/APO modules.  
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience of working in manufacturing industry
