Monitors the Global end-to-end M&amp;E Process in Cvent, ensures accuracy, quality and completeness of all related data entered in Cvent and accurate documentation of spend and expense.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the <b>Manager Global M&amp;E Strategic Operations</b> role will make an impact:</span></p><ul><li><p>Monitor M&amp;E end-to-end process in Cvent and other applicable sources</p></li><li><p>Ability comprehend and communicate the M&amp;E policies and procedures, ensuring M&amp;E organizers, Meeting Planning Agencies (MPAs) and other stakeholders understand concepts and to be able to respond, explain and clarify any misunderstanding of the M&amp;E policies, SOPs or job aids to M&amp;E organizers, MPAs or Viatris colleagues</p></li><li><p>Analyze daily meetings and events data entered in Cvent to ensure overall data quality and correct assignment to Meeting Organizers and Meeting Planning Agencies.</p></li><li><p>Oversight for M&amp;E end-to-end process</p></li><li><p>Assist in further development and implementation of operational oversight program over M&amp;E activities</p></li><li><p>Validate reporting data and quality in Cvent to ensure complete and accurate reports are exported</p></li><li><p>Update the M&amp;E Academy and work with the training team to deploy the training to all M&amp;E resources</p></li><li><p>Update Internal Training Portal with new/revised training material</p></li><li><p>Support training and roll out of the VM&amp;E Policies and Procedures and Cvent to all countries.</p></li><li><p>Identify further training requirements for the operational M&amp;E team</p></li><li><p>Support the global M&amp;E KPI strategy and harmonization in coordination with M&amp;E Operations Team</p></li><li><p>Provide meetings and events analytics/ insight to help business evaluate and optimize strategy</p></li><li><p>Support and assist with change management of the M&amp;E organization.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Your Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><p>For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:</p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree in a science related discipline is preferred</p></li><li><p>3 to 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in Meeting Planning</p></li><li><p>Very strong know how and capabilities to monitor, analyse and govern end-to-end M&amp;E process and Cvent</p></li><li><p>Very strong project and client management skills.</p></li><li><p>Very strong process-oriented leadership in building the various capabilities in time.</p></li><li><p>Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic.</p></li><li><p>Must possess strong multi-task skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.</p></li><li><p>Must possess strong project and client management skills</p></li><li><p>This role requires travel</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
